2pm check-in and 10am check-out but we can be very flexible, please ask!
Cancellation?
Any bookings cancelled within 48 hours of stay will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled within 7 days of stay and more than 48 hours’ notice, will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
All bookings made and cancelled within 48 hours of stay will incur a 100% cancellation fee. A credit card is required for payment at the time of all bookings to secure the booking unless other arrangements have been made with the owners of the property.
Children?
Children are welcome at both Area 51 and Pitstop Lodge, however 21 on Wood and Pitstop Cottage are not child friendly properties.
Pets?
Although we love pets, neither property is suitable for pets. If you must, there is a pet hotel in town
Smoking?
Our property is a smoke free zone.
Event or Parties?
Our houses are located among other houses. Please be considerate of the neighbours.
